If you are planning to assist with a session of camp this summer….Thanks!

We are anxious to see how God will use you and many others to touch young people’s lives.  In order to provide a safe environment for all participants, each person that will be serving as a Volunteer Counselor member must complete an online Counselor Application before being allowed to serve at Hidden Haven. This application needs to be completed two weeks prior to participating in any Hidden Haven sponsored events.  The information is entered through a secure site and any information acquired is only used to determine eligibility to serve as a volunteer counselor member.

Please read over the documents below before completing your application.  You will be notified via the email you enter during your application of the status of your application.

We love Jr. Counselors, too! A Jr. Counselor is defined as a student who is old enough to be a camper themselves. All Jr. Counselors MUST attend a session of camp for their age and be in High School and at least two grades older than the oldest camper at the camp they want to volunteer at.   See “Jr. Counselor Guidelines” below.

ALL Counselors MUST complete the following:

Volunteer Counselor Application

Counselor Guidelines

Jr. Counselor Guidelines

Code of Conduct (all volunteers)

Hidden Haven depends on the support of its volunteers.  Each full day of camp we have the need for 4 volunteers to help in the kitchen doing all sorts of behind-the-scenes work.  Please contact us for more information on how to help out in the kitchen at HHCC.
